شركت مستربچ تيس در سال 1378 به عنوان يكي از شركت هاي زير مجموعه گروه توليدي صنعتي ظريف مصور با

هدف توليد مستربچ آغاز به كار كرد. اين شركت در حال حاضر باگذشت بيش از يك دهه از آغاز فعاليت خود با

با بهره گيري از جديدترين ماشين آلات و تجهيزات آزمايشگاهي و نيمه صنعتي و با اتكا به دانش فني

داخلي اقدام به توليد انواع مستربچ هاي گريد الياف و نخ (CF,BCF,POY) بر پايه پليمرهاي مختلف

پلي پروپيلن (PP) ،پلي اتيلن (PE) ، پلي استر (PET) و پلي آميد (PA) جهت استفاده

در صنايع نساجي نموده است

دربخش ‌آزمايشگاه مستربچ تيس تمام آزمايشهاي كنترل كيفي و رنگ همانندي ‌كامپيوتري ‌‌مستربچ انجام مي شود. آزمايشهاي كنترل كيفي

مستربچ مطابق با استاندارد بين المللي آمريكا (ASTM) و برخي استانداردهاي ملي انجام مي‌گردد. وجود آزمايشگاه مجهز و كنترل كيفي

مستمر حين فرايند توليد سبب توليد مستربچ يكنواخت با حداقل ضايعات مي شود.

كليه آزمونها از ورود مواد اوليه تا محصول توليد شده در آزمايشگاه شركت تيس انجام مي شود. از آزمونهاي مهم انجام شده در آزمايشگاه

بر روي مستربچ‌هاي‌ مي توان به تعيين وزن مخصوص (دانسيته)، پايداري (OIT)، اندازه گيري پخش رنگدانه باتوري فشرده

اكسيداسيون مستربچ (فيلتر تست)، بررسي ميكروسكوپي پخش رنگدانه، رطوبت، دانه بندي، پايداري نوري و حرارتي.

اشاره كرد همچنين مستربچ هاي مورد نياز مشتري توسط رنگ همانندي كامپيوتري در آزمايشگاه شركت

تيس قابل انجام است.

انواع مستربچ هاي رنگي شركت تيس با تراكم بالاي رنگدانه هاي آلي و معدني در كاربردهاي متفاوت نساجي و به سفارش مشتريان توليد مي‌شود. از خصوصيات بارز اين مستربچ ها مقاومت نوري و حرارتي بالا و حداقل ميزان درصد مصرف آنها مي باشد. توليد طيف وسيعي از مستربچ هاي رنگي بر پايه پلي الفين ها (پلي پروپيلن وپلي اتيلن ) و پلي استرها (پلي اتيلن ترفتلات ) در كاربردهاي مختلف نخ و الياف سبب شده است كه متناسب با نياز مشتري، رنگ همانندي كامپيوتري در اسرع وقت صورت گيرد و نمونه هاي مستربچ و نخ هاي توليدي توسط دستگاه هاي پايلوت مستربچ و نخ تحويل مشتريان گردد و پس از تاييد رنگ، توليد انبوه آن در اسرع وقت انجام مي گردد.

تيس توليد كننده مستربچ هاي سفيد با كيفيت هاي مطلوب در كاربردهاي گوناگون مي باشد. مستربچ هاي سفيد توليدي شركت تيس با درصدهاي متفاوت دي اكسيد تيتانيوم بر پايه هاي مختلف پليمر جهت صنايع نخ، الياف و گوني بافي كاربرد دارد .

تيس توليد كننده انواع مستربچ مشكي با پايه هاي پليمري پلي الفين (پلي اتيلن و پلي پروپيلن )، پلي استر و پلي آميد، با درصدهاي متفاوت دوده هاي ميكرونيزه، قابليت ويژه اي را براي مستربچ هاي مشكي شركت تيس ايجاد كرده است كه با پايين تريين درصد مصرف در كاربردهاي نخ والياف (CF,BCF,POY) رنگ هاي مشكي با ته رنگ آبي (Blue tone) ايجاد مي كند .

شركت تيس توليد كننده انواع مستربچ هاي افزودني نظير مقاوم كننده نوري (UV stabilizer)، ضد اكسايش (Antioxidant)، كمك فرايند (Processing Aids) و غيره جهت كاربردهاي مختلف نساجي مي‌باشد. تشعشعات ماوراءبنفش تاثير مخربي در مواد پليمري دارد از اين رو انتخاب صحيح مقاوم كننده نوري بمنظور عملكرد مطلوب و طول عمر پليمر بسيار حائز اهميت است كه افزودن مقاوم كننده نوري تيس يكي از بهترين گزينه ها براي كاربردهاي الياف و نخ (CF&BCF) مي باشد. مواد ضد اكسايش (Antioxidant) شركت تيس باعث تثبيت پليمر در حين فرايند اكستروژن شده و طول عمر محصولات را افزايش مي دهد.
